Quand la relation amoureuse bat de l'aile... "Rester... ou s'en aller?" Un très bel article de Marie Montpetit http://t.co/ggYe3BIC
If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live?
JUST DO IT - Nike
The alarm clock goes off, it is 5 a.m. After hitting the “snooze” button a few times, I get my stiff and sore body out of bed and by now it is 5:30. I rub my eyes and try to convince myself that my sleep was restorative. Inevitably the same refrain plays in my head: “See Christine, you are too tired! You can miss a morning’s exercise, go back to bed, you deserve to sleep longer, and you have a big work day ahead!”

A RETURN TO LOVE from Marianne Williamson – A MUST READ!
January is the month of beliefs at Attitude Orange. For our last article on this theme for the year, I wanted you to think about this unique talent that is yours and the beliefs that may be preventing from letting it shine.
Each of us has a talent that has the potential to inspire and change the world! Unfortunately, too often our fears stop us from moving confidently towards our own destiny.
How many times have you had this type of thinking? “Oh no. I don’t have the skills to get there! ” ” Who am I to be that successful? I am a single mother or a single father after all! ” or ” I’m not good enough to succeed! ”
We believe that our fear of failure is the greatest fear, but what would you say if I told you that your fear of success may be even greater?
Marianne Williamson, an American author of numerous bestsellers, illustrates that perfectly in this beautiful poem we invite you to read.
She said Yes!
TODAY, ISABELLE IS A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER. BUT IT HASN’T ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY.
I want to share Isabelle’s story because I know it is one that will resonate with many of you.
Passionate about photography, Isabelle would grab her camera whenever she could find some spare time. There was no mistaking that she felt most alive when she had her camera around her neck. As a matter of fact, she would spend part of her savings on courses or buying photography equipment.
