The power of repetition
Have you ever thought about the fact that everything you are exposed to repeatedly eventually affects your perception and reality?
- Who do you spend time with the most?
- What television programs do you watch?
- What music do you listen to?
- What is your work environment?
- What do you read?
- Which events do you attend?
- What are your recurring thoughts?
We tend to believe we’re lucid enough not to be swayed by violent movies or difficult working conditions, but it’s quite false.
Everything you’re regularly exposed to eventually influence your thinking, your character and your future.
This year, do some clean-up in your life. Eliminate what pollutes your life.
Analyze your activities, your associations, your thoughts …
Ask yourself what kind of impact all of this has on your attitude and performance.
Become more aware of what makes you feel good compared to what slows you down.
Banish from your life, excuses, violence, lack of integrity, lies, procrastination, fear, anxiety, inappropriate language and behaviour.
Choose action, integrity, truth, faith, kindness, love and excellence instead.
